I need help! Tmi pic

I did a really stupid thing yesterday, my husband was feeding our 2 week old child and I was pumping and he asked me to take his food out of the oven and somehow I burnt the crap out of my nipple taking the stupid pan out. I'm already having issues finding the time to pump with a demanding newborn and losing supply and i don't know what to do with this stupid nipple. I don't want to pump it because it's scabbed and I don't want scabs or blood in my sons milk. (My nipples have flattened since I gave birth and my son can't latch so I have yet to go and get a nipple shield so I've been exclusively pumping) there have been so many obstacles with breastfeeding in this short  time frame! Would it be all that awful to throw in the towel , I'm so discouraged. And this freaking hurts!! :(
