Symptoms

I'm 5 weeks 2 days with no morning sickness. It's freaking me out because I was sick with my viable pregnancy but not with my miscarriage. If you are around the same what are your symptoms? Please don't tell me I'm lucky to not have morning sickness. I think the people with signs their pregnancy is going well are the lucky ones.
