Did you experience ovarian pain AFTER a sonohysterogram?

I had a sonohysterogram this cycle as part of fertility testing. Immediately afterwards, a cyst on my left ovary (which I had had for nearly a year) burst - very painful! I ovulated from my right ovary a week or so later, and that was extremely painful, too. I've never experienced ovulation pain that severe in any other cycle.

Has anyone else had a sonohysterogram and experienced ovarian pain afterwards?
