Concerned

Hello! My last cycle start date was on June 16th, and then had spotting about a week or so later. I took a home pregnancy test on July 1st and got a positive. I Went to the ER immediately because I had an iud and I didn't know if I was having a  miscarriage from the spotting or if it was ectopic. I didn't have any discomfort. They did a vaginal ultrasound and didn't see anything and said that I was pregnant and everything looked normal. They took the iud out and advised me to follow up with my regular Obgyn. I went to my regular OBGYN and he did a vaginal ultrasound and said he didn't see anything in the uterus but something that looked like a cyst alongside the ovary but wasn't sure. He sent me to further imaging this was at week 3 and the radiologist said that he couldn't tell (but they saw a 1 millimeters form of something but it wasn't in the uterus) to come back in a week for blood testing and another vaginal ultrasound. I will then be at week 4. What should I do?  Should I get a second opinion? Could I be pregnant and it's still traveling to the uterus? I don't know what to do. I am a nervous wreck.
