Q for other moms

I have a 7mo old and just the past 2 days I have had horrible breast pain and fullness. Not to the point of leaking but to the uncomfortable stage. I squeezed and instead of slow flow it actually shot out :/ Im only 4dpo so its not preg symptoms. I stopped BF 4 mo ago. Has anyone else experienced that? Its really uncomfortable, hate to bother OB but afraid it could mean my hormones are out of wack
