Black blood
Had black spotting today and it was all I think because it was hot and did a lot today and yesterday and have been walking and riding in a van any words of encouragement! I feel so bloated and am kinda upset about it but I spot whenever doing anything where I have to sit for a long period of time anyone have that happen to them?
