My fiancé has been divorced from his ex wife for 3 years now. (Seperated from her for 7 years) they have 50:50 custody which she flipped out about in court and they had to have 7 deputies come and restrain her and calm her down. She continues to threaten to have us arrested (for god knows what) accuse us of poisoning, drugging, hitting the kids (yet she never wants them back when it's her custody time. IE take them to their grandparents house or today she gave us an extra overnight cuz she's "sick") she continues to send my fiancé pictures of herself (accidentally) half naked or comments saying "I'm so glad I'm single and I don't have to be around u anymore" constantly cusses us out, flips us off at drop offs and pick ups, accusing him of having the girls steal her jewelry.  I need to know what can be filed with the court. She ignores all court orders, is about 1-2 hours late when he goes to pick up the girls. The police are so tired of all the drama that they stop responding and won't do any violations against her for violating custody. They say that even though she is 2 hours late, we still get them so is not a violation. Any advice? Any family lawyers out there with some free advice? Lol
