Help baby drop?

Is there any way to help babies drop? I live in Kansas...102 today and 106 tomorrow. The heat plus not being able to breathe is killing me!

Answer

If you're baby is in a head down position, you can try deep squats. Stay in the deep squat for at least 30 seconds. Babies pretty much drop when they're ready. Just gotta wait it out for the mist part. I live in Texas, so I know the heat sucks.
