My Right ovary is swollen, when I touch it, it feels like a little ball inside also I've been cramping like crazy and when I press down on my fallopian tunes my muscles on my legs tense up...now Idk if it's lyph noses fighting an infection, tumor, cancer maybe or just new pms symptoms.
