2-4 days late..... TTC

I haven't been tracking my symptoms or anything this month its been a crazy month. This morning I look at the date and it hit me that I haven't started my period yet so I go to my glow app and see and it says I'm 4 days late. I always get tender sore breasts 1 or 2 weeks before my period and I have sore breasts but that's the only symptom of my period or pregnancy I have is sore breasts. So could I be pregnant or no? I'm also using a nothing app and it says I'm 2 days late I'm a lil confused. But got my fingers and toes crossed that this is my month
