Random...but I've had enough!

Apartment life is getting the best of me! We have relentless neighbors with a two year old that they never take outside he just tirades and stomps through their apartment ALL DAY LONG from 7 am until midnight and our lease isn't up for another 7 months! Lets just say my love for the Lord and the fear of safety for my family is the only thing holding me back from goin up there! Thankfully it doesn't bother my LO, he sleeps right through it but it irks me!!!! Any suggestions? I am so done!
