I have no idea

So the last two days I've had some really weird spotting not like period spotting but just when I whipe. Always when I get the urge to pee I feel like if I don't go right that moment then imma pee myself. Also when I pee it hurts I feels like a lot of pressure.

Does anyway have any idea why?

Doctor said probably just going start... Except my periods already passed...
