2nd child nursery in our room!

We have a three bedroom house. My daughter has one room and my mother n law has one room. When we got the house we didn't plan on my mother n law to move in with us but her health took a turn for the worse .. So now she lives with us. Now that I'm pregnant we have to put the baby in our room with us. Am I the only one who is in this situation and if not how do you plan on decorating for your little one?! I need some help/advice!
