Need suggestions please

I'm 24yrs old, my last period was May 28-29. My cycle changes between 32-38 days. I was suppose to have my menstrul June 29-30 but nothing and now I'm 17days late as of today Wednesday July 15th. I took a home test Monday July 13th and it said negative. What should I do??
