I need help!

I was on implanon for 3 years and decided to have it taken out June 16th. I was on my period at the time it was removed. Towards the end of having implanon my periods came on time. I was supposed to start my period the 12th and now 2 days late. I took a pregnancy test the day of my missed period; negative. I have been getting dizzy, nauseous, cramps and heartburn that I think is weird because that only happened while pregnant with my first child. My significant other has also been nauseous and getting heartburn. Should I wait to take another pregnancy test? Is this because of the implanon removal? I don't know. I need help.
