Pregnancy symptoms?

I have been constipated the last two days (EXTREMELY abnormal for me). I also am having a moderate cramp like pain on my left side of back. I am on cycle day 18 (not sure how many DPO). My last cycle lasted 44 days, 26 days, 27 days in that order. Could this possibly indicate a pregnancy?

I also had the worst taste in my mouth yesterday... Only yesterday...I've never eaten change but if I had to describe it I would say it was a metallic taste.
