Femara success stories please!!

I'm 24 and I've had a daughter in 2009 since then I have had 5 miscarriages and etopic pregnancy which resulted in the removal of my left fallopian tube. No one can explain to me why I keep losing babies. I came off bc in Feb 2015 and just recently found out I'm not ovulating so my doctor put me on femara. I'm praying this works my hubby and I are dying for another baby. Has anyone had success after tragedy???
