Pain during sex????

So today I'm 6DPO and for the past couple days sex has been rough for me. Idk why but it seems like my cervix hurt the more I have sex specially when he goes deep. (Sry tmi) but the thin is yesterday I was 5DPO and I was having pains near my left hip and around my bladder not to mention the pain during sex. Just curious but does anyone else have this problem? I'm clueless about it and I don't want to think I'm pregnant and not be knowing my progesterone levels are not high enough to conceive. What causes the pains? Thanks in advance ☺️
