Trying to conceive please help

Ive been with my bf for 3 years and i love him dearly and were trying to have a baby for three months but i seem to not get pregnant i went to doctor they said i had bladder infection and my pregnancy test was negative about a month ago he nuts in me but i still get my period.. I am on my period today just got it.. So am i not able to conceive 😢 even tho he doesnt pull out
