Sperm in pre-cum or no? This is an ongoing debate and want answers.

Is there? Has anyone used the pull out method and got pregnant? We do want kids now but still use it and are very careful (only have sex every other day, he doesn't jerk off before sex and if he does, he tells me) we do have sex during my ovulation time. We have been doing it 5 months with no scares. I would be ok with a baby now but not in our plans. Please don't tell me to use bc cause it's not an option. I've tried them all and they ruin my sex life. :(
