Weight gain on Vitex Chasteberry
Im on my 1st month of taking Vitex Chasteberry, when I noticed that i gain 2lbs for 1 month. Ive been exercising HIIT, and Cardio 4 times a week for 1.5 hrs. Is this really a side effect?
