Need opinions please!

I went for my first appointment and ultrasound on Friday at 7 weeks 2 days. Everything looked great and we heard the heartbeat. The next morning I had very light spotting only once and mild cramping. I called and the nurse said it was probably from the vaginal ultrasound. Have any of you experienced this? Also should I go back and check if everything is ok or just wait until my next appointment on August 14th? Thanks so much. This will be my rainbow baby hopefully and I'm worried a lot more than last time!
