HSG and blocked tubes

I just got an HSG and found that both my tubes are blocked. The only way to get pregnant is via <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>. It's devastating to know that it'll take longer and harder to have a baby. I'm 36 and this will be my first. Any success stories?
