Has anyone tried Dr. Christopher's Birth prep? I'm planning on asking my midwife about them at my next appointment but just curious if anyone has any experience w/them. They have herbs like red raspberry leaf, etc & you take them the last 6 weeks of pregnancy to help your body prepare for labor. I've read some really positive reviews online but if any of you have any experiences taking them I'd love to hear :)
