Migraines and depression!
I just had my very first migraine yesterday and it was absolutely traumatic! I thought my head was about to explode and I couldn't handle it especially with all the throwing up I was doing. I can't stop crying from the pain. I don't want to take any medications your advice and words of encouragement would be highly appreciated.
