Elevate feet higher than your heart s s it'll reduce a lot of the swelling! Your almost five hang in there!

I am sooooo surprised I haven't had any swelling. I honestly thought my ankles would be huge. Hope they feel better! One of my friends would get a wet washclothe to put on each leg and that seemed to help the swelling go down.

OMG I had this with my first! It was awful!!! Mine was normal too and just random preggo swelling from being on my feet all day at work. I am not looking forward to that this time around
