Back pain , herniated disc

I have 3 herniated disc and a spinal fracture. I am said to be 7 weeks and 2 days. Last night I sneezed and something in my lower back popped and my legs gave out on me. Now I can't walk without extreme pain, it's hard to put pressure on my legs, I couldn't sleep at all. I'm scared with this pain so bad it's stressing my body and might harm the baby. Anyone else go through this with pregnancy, if so what did your doc do about it?
