Need some mom's advice!

Harleigh • Fri, Jul 24 • Me and kyle had a baby in Dec 2013 he has aneselphaly and a missing bone in his left four arm. It`s been almost 10 month but I been off birth control for 8 months now.been trying again.and nothing yet

On the 15th I feel out in the shower .went to the er and they did a pregnancy test right away. It said negative. The did other test too and nothing was wrong. I was supposed to start my period on the 18th and it goes a week. Today is the last day of my period and I still havnt started. Should I give it more time and see if it just changed or take another test ??
