Worried at 15 weeks.

At 14 weeks with fraternal twins, we went in for our checkup. The doctor did a doppler heartbeat and only heard one. He said that was normal but I can't help not to worry. Also, today at a birthday party, a lady said, "you don't look like you're having twins." Now, I know that should be a compliment but with a worried Mom like me, I didn't like it. Anyone else only hear one heartbeat and everything was okay? & does it look like only 1 or 2 for being 15 weeks now?
