Help! UTI again 😑 tired of taking medication

I'm so sick of taking medication for this damn UTI, it's my 3rd UTI and I'm 14.3 weeks pregnant, I have an appointment with my OB next week, but I'm tired of going to the emergency for a simple UTI, their gonna think I'm an addict lol. Is there any OTC (over the counter) medication I can take that will rid the UTI? I've already purchased cranberry extract, and cranberry juice, baby wipes, special lady soap. So please help.
