How much DHA are you taking daily?

My prenatals have 200mg in them. I just read that it's good to take 400mg a day. Now I'm wondering if I should go buy a bottle of 200mg DHA to take every day as well?

So how much are you gals taking?

I take a fish oil/omega/EPA/dha very similar to the Nordic naturals posted. I have taken it for well over a year. It's an excellent supplement for All people to take, regardless of pregnancy. It's amazing for mental health, cardiac health and about a hundred other things. Highly highly recommend!

I take these, but in having bad nausea and it was suggested to me to switch to flintstones complete, I'm not sure if they have those with dha  :/

Mine doesn't even have DHA in it and when I let my doctor look over the bottle he didn't say anything. He said it looked like a good one. It has 1000mcg of folic acid though which is a lot more than most have
