So discouraged

Daniele • Sun, Jul 26 • 34 and TTC #1. PCOS, hypothyroidism and insulin resistance.

AF expected to arrive tomorrow. I took this test yesterday and got this result. Today I'm 14 DPO and i started spotting (way too late to be implantation bleeding) I've been cramping for a week already, headache, fatigue and nauseous.... but i guess I'm just sick? I'm so confused and discouraged.
