Discharge

Been having hip pain which is normal but today I'm having what I thought was spotting I have spotted through this whole pregnancy on and off which dr knows and isn't worried but I looked an it's like off white/yellow spotting/discharge which I know discharge is normal but the coloring? And I don't have a yeast infection... And I have my husband who is the only person I sleep with clearly but we haven't had sex in over a week.. Any idea ladies?
