First period: Post laparoscopy surgery pain

So i had a laparoscopy surgery and got my endometriosis removed about a month ago. This is the second time I have had this surgery and the first time I had no issues. This time my period came four days late and I had horrible cramping, breast tenderness, nausea and everything. I was convinced I was pregnant however I know I wasn't due to multiple pregnancy tests. It feels identical to when I had a miscarriage pain wise. I was wondering if anyone else had pain like this after there laparoscopy surgery or what there first period was like?
