Is this normal????

I am 10wks4days and this is my first pregnancy so of course I have a lot of questions. The internet seems to be really helpful but can be scary sometimes. Lately my tummy has been feeling sore, very minor but I feel different. I looked it up online and immediately got scared and read that it can be a miscarriage coming my way. Then I read other things that it can be normal. Any thoughts or experiences?????? 😣😣😣😣
