Constipation and bloat
Hi girls!
I'm 6 weeks and 2 days and having huge intestinal cramps many times a day. I'm exercising every day as always, eating lots of fruits and vegetables, more than 20 glasses of water and taking 3 caps of colace a day. I feel better than before but still with a lot of cramps.
Any tips that worked well for you guys??
