I'm going to be going in to get my birth control refilled for another few months since I'm moving cross country. I feel weird asking for an exam bc I had one last time but I've noticed something strange going on with my vagina, weird cramps and also am slightly worried I'm pregnant so I'm hoping an exam will clear my head on both of those. So do I just ask for one or will they do one anyway
