Does anyone have experience with keeping track of their cycle to prevent pregnancy? I've used birth control for years now and it makes my libido non existent (as well as many other negative side effects), i thought I just had a problem with sex and that I could never fully enjoy it. But I got off the birth control and my libido came back and sex felt so much better. There's no point in birth control if i have no desire to have sex. So if anyone has any insight or resources for the natural method, I would certainly appreciate it.
