Dr's office test sensitivity

I had my yearly exam at my gyn this morning and my urine analysis didn't show positive for pregnancy. Af isn't due for another 3 days, but I'm curious if the test used at the Dr's office would have detected pregnancy yet? Does anyone know if the tests used are super sensitive? Or has anyone tested negative at the Dr's office & went on to get a positive? Pls any info would be appreciated.
