Multi vitamins
Hi I just had a miscarriage a month plus ago and I am trying to conceive again after I had my menstrual last 2 days. I am now taking folic acid as I want to be on a safe side to prevent another miscarriage and I am thinking to take multi vitamins which also contains anti oxidant. The question is, does the multi vitamins help to conceive faster?
