Misscarige question

Does a early misscarige look like tissue . I am not sure if I had one today I thought it could be implantation bleeding but I figure it was to heavy I woke up with blood on my pj and bed.. Never experience this in the past.. And my AF wasn't suppose to come till one week.. I had bad cramps and TMI  when I went to the Br I saw this dischage type of thing like a chunk on sticky blood idk what's going on but I am upset I was hoping for my postive test and missed my AF next week guess not & baby dust for you ladies
