Scared

I kind of wish Drs would put me on bed rest not that I don't want to work but I'm terrified I'm going to lose this baby too . I work at Costco and with my last pregnancy I lifted a box wast heavy at all I was 9 weeks I felt like something ripped so I left work went to the er they said everything was fine . 2 weeks later at my drs appointment the dr couldn't find a heart beat. Went and got a ultrasound done at the same hospital same girl that did the first one. It was confirmed no heart beat. I walked out the room balling my eyes out and the girl says oh baby measured at 9 weeks ... Like really? She didn't have to say that but y when I was their 2 weeks before that they baby was fine? Now I'm 5 weeks 6 days pregnant and every thing is scaring me I'm on my feet 8 hours a day they still try to have me lift things ( my boss knows my situation but I guess not her bosses?)  I get cramps or feel like I'm bleeding nothing actually comes out I'm super cautious .Idk but is their a way I can get on bed rest and still get paid?
