Need encouragement

I have been having alot of cramping so my doctor ordered me a ultrasound he claims i am 4 weeks 5days . The technician measured the pouch an said am 5 weeks 5days the scary part it that we didn't see no baby in the pouch not a little pea nothing she kept on saying am early but was making concern faces the whole time I have to wait for my doc to call me to inform me on what's going on any experiences
