Any idea?!

I slowed down with pumping cause I had a good supply. I slowed to only pumping 1-3 times per day 2oz each breast. It's been a week or slow since I slowed down and now I am barely getting 2oz outta both!! What can I do to increase supply again.. Baby is only a month can't quit yet!

breast feeding is all about supply and demand, if your baby is only 4 weeks old, 1-3 ounces per breast is probably normal with each pump/feeding. To increase your supply, you need more demand, do you breast feed your baby and pump? Or just pump? You need to consistently pump or feed at the same times..your body will adjust to the higher demand and make more.

Mothers milk tea is great,drinking more water can help.but you should be pumping every two hours after baby eats.

In addition to supply/demand, there are foods that can help promote supply, like oats are supposed to be good. Google lactation cookies too. Not sure how much difference they actually make but I had an abundance of milk and ate loads of oats
