Is it acceptable for a 25 yr old woman to date a 20 yr old?

I met a guy at a farm wedding this past weekend. Had a blast with him. He's funny, sweet, and a total gentleman. Spent the weekend four wheeling with him, and just hanging around the farm. I loved every second of it. But then I found out he's 20. My little sister (18) has a soon-to-be-22 yr old boyfriend. Would is be super weird if I started something with this guy?
