Temp question

Hi! My husband and I have unsuccessfully been TTC for almost 2 years. This is the first cycle I've been tracking my bbt. Yesterday morning it dipped lower than the range it has been in. I noticed some stretchy CM throughout the day as well, so we BD yesterday. This morning, I didn't see any CM and my temp dropped another .2 from yesterday. May be a dumb question, but can you have a low temp, not see any CM in the morning and still be fertile? I don't want to miss O, so we'll BD again, but I'm feeling confused.
