PMS or Early pregnancy symptoms?

Just wondering if any ladies can shed some light on the differences between pms and early pregnancy symptoms? My breasts are so sore! For you out there who are or were pregnant, what symptom did you first notice that was different?

My nipples hurts , I am always hungry and I have this painful cramps , my estimated period was 28th. But it didn't show up I haven't done a pregnancy test because I don't want to be disappointed , could i be pregnant ?
