Could I be pregnant and bleeding?

Have been off contraception (implant) for 6 months. Got a regular period of 34 days but the past two cycles have been a 20 day cycle which is unusual. The past 3 nights I've been nauseous at night and tonight I've been really sick, as soon as I'm sick I feel okay. Could I have a period/bleed and still be early stage pregnant? I came off my period 6 days ago and have low abdominal stomach aching

My periods have been the same my last two months as well had spotting for two days a few days ago (implantation bleeding, maybe) went to my obgyn  today took a test and it came out negative but because of my sore breast, sickness, and abnormal periods, he's sending me in for a blood test
