TMI Umm period or implantation??? TMI

It's been a week since I was suppose to have AF I had a chemical pregnancy last month I've always had a regular period but this morning I had this only when I wiped slight cramping been having sore breast and nausea I've taken 2 digital pregnancy test both said not pregnant I'm confused

It is not likely implantation. Implantation happens between 7-10 dpo. If you are a week late, you are very far past implantation time unless you ovulated extremely late. Also, only a small percentage of women actually have implantation bleeding.
