Soon-to-be miscarriage.

I got a positive blood test from the fertility clinic last week. I've been in and out of clinic getting blood work every other day because my hcg levels aren't doubling as they are supposed to. Had one done today and the nurse called me and told me that I'm going to either have a miscarriage, or it might be an ectopic pregnancy which if that then they have to remove it. I'm completely heartbroken. :(
